To rent a motorhome, you need a valid ID or passport and a valid driving licence (Category B). At handover we also sign the rental agreement and a handover checklist.
The main driver must be at least 21 years old and have held their driving licence for at least 12 months. Additional drivers can be added after verification and recorded in the contract.
Yes. All vehicles have liability and comprehensive coverage. Details such as excess and optional add-ons are listed in the offer and the rental agreement.
In many cases, yes — please let us know in advance. Depending on the vehicle, an additional cleaning fee may apply. The motorhome must be returned clean and odour-free.
Depending on the package, a certain mileage is included. Extra kilometres are charged according to the price list. We can prepare a custom package for longer trips.
Our rentals include a basic kitchen setup (hob, sink, fridge). Whether dishes, pots or a coffee maker are included depends on the model or package — just ask us.
Pick-up and return are arranged by appointment in Undenheim. At handover you receive a short introduction, and we document the vehicle condition in a checklist. Return includes a brief final inspection.
Travelling within the EU is usually possible. Please share your planned countries in advance so we can confirm insurance coverage and provide the necessary documents.
